ASII-CFP ISET 2027 is held fully online. Here is a guide for presenters and participants.
Platform
Zoom Meeting
All sessions take place via [Zoom]. Links to the keynote and parallel session rooms will be emailed to registered participants [3 days] before the event.
Time Zone
All schedules use WIB (UTC+7). International participants, please convert to your local time zone.
Technical Preparation
- Stable internet connection (at least [5] Mbps recommended).
- Laptop/computer with a working camera and microphone (headset recommended).
- Latest version of Zoom.
- A quiet room with adequate lighting.
Presenter Guide
- Use the Zoom display name format: [Paper ID]_Name_Institution.
- Join your session room at least [15] minutes before the session starts.
- Present live by sharing your screen; [10] minutes presentation + [5] minutes Q&A.
- Also prepare a backup presentation video (MP4, max. [10] minutes) and upload it before [date] in case of connection problems.
- Keep your camera on during your presentation.
Participant Guide
- Mute your microphone when not speaking.
- Ask questions via chat or the raise-hand feature.
- Fill in the online attendance form to receive an e-certificate.
Virtual Background
Presenters and committee members are encouraged to use the official conference virtual background.
