Submission Guidelines

General Requirements

  • Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • Papers must be written in English.
  • Length: full paper [6–8] pages, short paper [4] pages, including references.
  • Use the official conference template ([IEEE / Springer LNCS — adjust]).
  • Maximum similarity index: [20%].
  • Papers undergo double-blind review by at least two reviewers. Remove author names and affiliations from the initial submission.

How to Submit

  1. Create an account on the submission system [Microsoft CMT / EasyChair / OJS].
  2. Select “ASII-CFP ISET 2027” and click Create new submission.
  3. Enter the title, abstract, keywords, and choose the appropriate track.
  4. Upload your manuscript in PDF format.
  5. Wait for the confirmation email and review results according to the schedule.

Presentation

Each accepted paper must be registered by at least one author and presented online via Zoom. Presentation time is [15] minutes including Q&A. See the online guide →
